All of our books, DVD’s and CD’s are available for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, however we cannot guarantee that the DVD or video is in the correct format for your region. Sorry but we do not ship guitars or parts internationally. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO orders are welcome and will be shipped through the USPS Priority Mail. Our shipping charges are based on weight and where it is being shipped. That way you are not over charged on shipping and handling. Shipping Insurance is optional on most of our items. We do require it on some higher priced vintage guitars and parts.
Return Policy
Limited Edition Books, Videos, and DVD’s are not returnable unless they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item we will exchange it for the same title or we have none left in stock then one of your choice.  In most cases we will ask you to return the item.
