We're happy to combine shipments if you purchase from more than one of our crystal listings! PLEASE WAIT FOR US TO SEND YOU THE COMBINED INVOICE before paying for your items to ensure that you receive the best combined shipping rate possible for your multiple item order.
Please don't rate us poorly for shipping charges if you pay for each of your items separately and do not wait for us to send you a combined invoice. WE ARE NO LONGER ISSUING REFUNDS for shipping charges to those who pay for their items separately as it is too much extra work for us.
Our new ship days are MONDAY'S and THURSDAY'S
We generally ship your items to you within 3 days after receipt of payment for our crystal items, and within 7 days of receipt of payment for our lighting - with the exception of our made-to-order lighting, which is 30 days.
Other Important Information
We receive many emails regarding the metric measurements of our crystals. Chandelier crystals are measured using the metric method, ie: millimeters, etc. For those who may not be familiar with metric, we would appreciate it if you would use the conversion below to figure the sizes in inches, as this would alleviate the need to spend countless hours responding to inquiries:
1 millimeter is equal to .03937 inches
Also, please refer to our FAQ's in our eBay Store, as many of the questions we receive each day are answered there. If, after checking our FAQ's you do not see your answer, we will be happy to assist you.

Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm PST and closed on Sunday's
