A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
The purpose of this book is to define the scope of school officials' power to regulate students' lives, and their responsibilities to provide services and protections to students. Todays, as the line between rights and responsibility becomes increasingly blurred, students find themselves facing complex issues, from drug testing to freedom of speech.
