We ship to APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all US territories with the USA shipping cost, but delivery times will take longer. Please be patient.

 * Insurance/Delivery Confirmation (tracking) - Due to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, USPS insurance is not really necessary. However, if you would feel more comfortable having insurance and delivery confirmation (tracking) from the Post Office, it can be purchased for an additional amount of $1.70. If purchased, we will email you with the confirmation number after your order ships. If you do not purchase this, it will not be put on your package.

Can you consolidate my shipping costs for multiple winning bids?
Yes! Actually, the more items you buy, the more you'll save on your shipping costs.
You must purchase and pay for all items at the same time for the shipping discount. Not doing so will result in multiple shipping charges.
We combine shipping if the items are paid for and shipped together. We try to send invoices at the beginning and end of our day. However, we may send them through out the day also. If you are not done shopping and receive an invoice, please email us to let us know. When you are done, email us and we will send an updated invoice.
Can we come to your warehouse to pick up items and see what you have for sale?
 * Yes! Our warehouse is now open to the public. Please email us for further information.
What if I receive a defective product?
 * Damaged/defective items will be replaced with the same product only. If we do not have more to send a replacement, we will refund the amount of the transaction.

Returns: Please email us for further instructions.
Items returned for a refund that are NOT damaged/defective/misshipped will be accepted only if they are UNOPENED and in NEW condition. The original shipping, return shipping, handling charge and insurance charges are non-refundable.
