Nice set of red Adirondack patio set. This set includes a 2 seater with small table in between. This one measures 72" long, 40" tall and 28" wide. The seat measures 19 1/2" x 23". The love seat bench measures 48" long, 29" tall and 27 1/2" wide. The seat measures 48" x 20". Both are in good used condition. sh

Limited access locations and residential delivery is an extra fee and at the buyer's expense. Buyers are welcome to send for a pick up from any carrier of their choice (if you send for a pick up and your item needs to be boxed or crated by us, we will charge a fee for this service). Buyers may also pick up the item in person. Local pick-up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on most Mondays-Fridays between 9am and 3pm.  We are not available on Saturday and Sunday.  We charge a $20 LOADING FEE for anyone who needs help loading. Please be aware, if you pick up and pay at our location, you will be charged Illinois sales tax which is 6.25%. Items not picked up within 2 weeks will start incurring a monthly $50 storage fee!

~ PAYMENT~

We accept all approved methods of eBay payments (please contact us if you have questions). The buyer must submit payment or contact us within 4 days of the end of auction. If no payment is received within 10 days of the end of auction, the buyer will forfeit the item and it may be relisted.

~ RETURNS ~

Our merchandise is sold "as is" and is not refundable or returnable. We purchase items from estate auctions and we do not thoroughly clean them in advance in order to protect the original patina or finish.  It is possible that you will want to clean them once the item reaches your home or business. ~ SHIPPING~

All items are packed carefully. We go the extra mile to make sure every item arrives safely at your door, but we take no responsibility for damaged or lost packages during shipping. In case the package is damaged, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Reimbursement will occur after settlement is made with the carrier. Buyers will assist in the claims process and retain all packing materials. 

~ SALES TAX ~

Illinois residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax. Anyone paying on site must also pay Illinois sales tax as required by law.
