1.       We primarily sell new and gently used Items.  If it says new, it is new. We cannot make any guarantees on the items sold, but we do believe in customer satisfaction! If you are, for ANY reason, dissatisfied, please contact us at sales@thecorkscrewshop.com  before leaving anything less than positive feedback so that we can make it right for you. We leave positive feedback as soon as an item is paid for - we don't wait to receive your positive feedback, and we will leave negative feedback for any purchase not completed within 5 days. Please leave us positive feedback once you have received your item.

2.       If an item is described as being 'untested', this is to expressly state that we did not have the capability to properly test the equipment; therefore, we cannot guarantee it will work properly.

 3.       Payment must be received within 5 days or auction is considered void and availability of product is not guaranteed. If you do not intend to pay, then DO NOT BID.  We may, at our option, relist any item not paid for within the 5 days. We will leave negative feedback, as well as file a complaint with eBay for any auction not completed within 5 days in order to recover our listing fees.

4.       Some items may require special packing and additional charges for packing materials may apply.  We bubble wrap almost everything.

5.       Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS. Insurance is always offered, and we can place delivery confirmation on items for you at your expense - simply e-mail us before making payment.  We cannot be responsible if an item gets lost in the mail or damaged during shipping, that is why we offer the insurance - please consider buying it. We ship most domestic items either by USPS First Class postage or USPS Priority Mail. We will occasionally, at our option, ship items using another carrier (e.g., UPS), and will list any options in the auction listing.

6.       Certain items that we sell require that the buyer is at least 18 years of age to bid on the item. By bidding on any of  these auctions you certify compliance with all of your local laws.

7.       The Corkscrew Shop will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of any item under any circumstances.
