Shipping Information
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Most of our auction listings offer "calculated shipping" and we do charge a
nominal packaging and handling fee but do not inflate the actual cost of shipping. Most of our auction listings have shipping insurance as an optional purchase amount during checkout.
For items with a value of $50.00 or more we may require the purchase of shipping insurance. If we do not require insurance then it is the buyers responsibility
to purchase it during checkout. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive and you purchased shipping insurance
we will file a claim with the provider and either ship you a replacement item if we have one or refund your purchase price including shipping and
handling once the provider approves the claim. When we ship your item we will send you an email with a tracking link provided by the shipper.
Please contact us Immediately if you receive damaged merchandise otherwise it can be more difficult dealing with the shipper and resolving the claim.
Delays in reporting the damage to us could cause the shipper to deny the claim in which case we would not refund your purchase price.
