Introduction To Bass Guitar DVD is taught by guitarist and guitar teacher Bert Casey.This DVD focuses on the beginning bass guitar player and emphasizes proper technique. It covers a range of styles including alternating bass notes, two beat, eighth notes, shuffles, walking patterns, and common rock & roll riffs. It utilizes many close-ups to show proper hand position and technique. Our unique split screens show both hands in detail and uses onscreen tablature for all of the music, with a bouncing ball type pointer showing each note as it is being played. By playing along with a full band to 13 different songs, the student learns the basics of bass playing.
