Our freight carriers only deliver to ground floor locations; they will not carry any items upstairs. If you require goods to be carried upstairs, please let us know and we will try to arrange it. Goods will not be left if there is no one available to receive them. If goods have to be redelivered because no one is available on the agreed delivery date there will be an additional charge made. If the order is cancelled after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Instructions for accepting a shipment:

• Inspect for visible box / package damage. If there is any damage write the description of the damage on the freight bill.
• Open each package. If there is any damage to the merchandise, write the description of the damage on the freight bill.
• Reject ONLY the merchandise that is damaged. Accept all of the merchandise that is not damaged.

RETURNS

We must be notified via email of your intent to return an item within 7 days of delivery. You will receive instruction, a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping address information. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee. To qualify for return ensure the item is in its original NEW condition, unused and unopened. The original boxes, documentation and all packing material must also be included.
