We stand behind our products, and will guarantee 100% satisfaction.
Should a payment not be received within 7 days, a non-paying bidder alert will be sent. If for some reason you can not follow thru and send us your payment,with proper communication a $10 restocking fee will be charged therefore forfeiting our choice to leave a negative feedback. Please don't post a negative feedback for us until you let us try to make it right. If you don't intend to pay, please, do not bid.

| Once an auction has ended, please follow the instructions thru ebay's check-out system. You will receive an invoice with payment options. If you choose to purchase more than one item, it is suggested that you wait to pay until all of the auctions have ended so you can pay for them together with our posted discounted shipping fees for multiple purchases made. Otherwise, your item will be shipped within 24 hours and we cannot discount the next one if it is shipped alone.

| Shipping Policy |
We are firm on our shipping prices. If you do not agree with them, then please do not bid. We do offer discounted shipping rates for multiple purchases made. We will not negotiate our posted shipping fees.
For our international bidders: We ship by Air Mail Parcel Post only. Please e-mail us at itsirresistables@aol.com for an exact shipping quote depending on the country the item is going to. We will not ship by ground. If you prefer expedited shipping with tracking, please e-mail us and we will make the proper arrangements. Otherwise for all other international packages, they will not have a tracking number.

| Return Policy |
If an item is damaged in transit, we will either send you a replacement or a refund at our expense. Should we require the item be sent back we will send you a pre-paid return label with your replaced item.
If you are just unhappy with the item, but it arrives in perfect and described condition, we are happy to refund you your money in full less the shipping fees.
