An original creation by an animation legend...
Here is a rare drawing by animation legend Lee Mishkin from my fox art collection.

For nearly three decades I collected original art featuring the fox. At times I purchased existing pieces such as cels, paintings, cartoons and such. I also got original drawings from dozens of artists including animators, cartoonists, illustrators and more. At one time I had over 200 original pieces in my collection. Now it is time to find new homes for these amazing items.

LEE MISHKIN began his career in the 1940s on CRUSADER RABBIT, considered one of the first TV cartoons. He worked at various studios on dozens of famous characters. His animation can be found in productions from MR MAGOO'S CHRISTMAS CAROL to HEAVY METAL. He even worked on the original BATMAN TV series titles that starred Adam West. He later founded a major animation study program in Vancouver. Mishkin, an Oscar and Emmy winning producer, died in 2001.

This fox was done at an ASIFA-Hollywood event in the late 1970s.
It is a pencil image on animation paper.
It is signed by Mishkin.
Paper measures around 10x12.5 inches, originally called 12-field paper.
The paper seems in fine shape.
Animation art from a studio production can be hard to find...
but this original drawing is a creation totally from the artist's mind.

This would look great framed and displayed in any home, office, or studio.
