This auction is for a Leeds & Northrup / Western Electric Model KS-10375 Kelvin-Varley Divider, or Varley Loop in excellent condition. The quality of this instrument is incredible. We found it in a US Government laboratory that recently closed. I believe that one use of this device is to find insulation faults in long cables, such as telephone lines.
