Item # 910 Lefse/Pastry Kit.

Each kit includes: One 24" board with rubber feet, which is covered with a removable, washable pastry cloth, made of heavy cotton. One small ( 18" X 22") Pastry Cloth, made of heavy cotton. One Lefse Cooling Cloth set, and one Rolling Pin Cover. Kit also includes our recipes for Potato Lefse.

This board is quite heavy and works great for tile countertops.  It is perfect for rolling cookies and pie crusts as well as Lefse. The larger size allows you to roll more dough at one time, plus, it has enough room to have extra flour handy right on the board where you are working. When you buy these items as this kit, you will save over $3.00!
