This is Lefton 1999 Limited Edition "Bradley House" #894/4500!! It comes with a Deed of Title, as well as Certificate of Aunthenicity. This is the 9th in a series of limited edition buildings from the Colonial Village Collection. Bradley House is 9" tall to the top of the chimney, and 9" Wide. It comes with an uninstalled light and cord to give it a more authentic look.
