We prefer Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or Money Orders. Discover Card and American Express are accepted through Paypal. We will accept personal checks. However if you must send us a personal check, we will delay mailing for 14 days to make sure the check clears. WHEN YOU WIN THIS AUCTION, JUST WAIT AND YOU WILL BE RECEIVING AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL FROM US THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT. IT WILL COMPUTE THE POSTAGE AND GIVE YOU THE TOTAL TO SEND.

Return Policy:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or item is broken you must notify us within 3 days after delivery of your order.A to Z Gifts insures all packages. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an item is broken you must notify us within 3 days after delivery of your order. So if an item arrives broken, we will work with you to expeditiously handle the claim through A to Z Gifts. If you are not satisfied with the product we will ask you to mail it back to us and when it arrives, we will gladly refund your money. Here at A to Z gifts we believe in customer service. Shipping Policy:
We have studied the shipping rates for the Postal Service, UPS and FedEx Ground to determine the cheapest and best way to ship your order. How an order is shipped depends on how much it weighs. If the order weighs less than 3 pounds it will be sent Priority Mail. If it weighs more than 3 pounds, it will be sent FedEx Ground. We only add $0.70 handling fee to cover our costs of packing. We do not believe in trying to make extra money with high handling fees.
