Description
The game follows the adventures of Link and Tetra, the leader of a band of pirates, as they discover a ghost ship in dense fog. Link falls into the ocean when Tetra gets into trouble, and he wakes up alone on the shore of a mysterious island. Throughout the game, Link collects sand for his Phantom Hourglass, which allows him to explore deeper and deeper into a time-limited dungeon in his quest to find Tetra.

In both style and characters, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass echoes the smash-hit The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for Nintendo GameCube. But the inviting, easy-to-understand story and ease of control will attract casual and younger players who might be new to Zelda games. The game features a two-player battle mode that can be activated via the game's Wi-Fi connection, as well as the ability to play the entire game with only the Nintendo DS touch screen.

Special Features
  • All game control is via the touch screen, and the stylus makes controlling Link more natural than ever. Touch the screen to guide Link through the world, or sweep the stylus around him to swing his sword. Players can even make notes on the map, chart routes for their boat or draw paths for their boomerang
  • With Tetra missing, Link must enlist the aid of several fairies as he explores dangerous wilds, uncharted seas and baffling dungeons. As he does, he meets an array of fascinating characters, hunts for powerful weapons and collects sand for a mysterious artifact called the Phantom Hourglass. Over time, it will enable him to progress deeper and deeper into the ultimate dungeon
  • Players compete with a friend over local wireless or Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection as they guide Link through special battle stages to capture Force Gems or command the forces that oppose him

    I have for sale a USED copy of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. I played it til maybe a third into the game, and then just got bored with it. xD I bought this new on eBay have kept in as great condition as I could! I even bought a guidebook for it :P I took the perforated map out of the back of the book, but it's still inserted there under the back cover. This listing is for the box, the game cartridge, and the inserts AS WELL AS THE GUIDEBOOK. What you see is what you get!
