To protect the buyer and the seller and to make sure things get handled as smoothly as possible we will leave feedback once every week based on who has left it for us.

If payment is made before 2pm on Sunday your item will be mailed out Monday morning.
If payment is made before 2pm on Wednesday your item will be mailed out Thursday morning.
We accept payments through Paypal (payment email is ebay@jklmcomics.com), cashiers checks and money orders.

If you are paying via a cashiers check or a money order, please be sure to include the item number of the item(s) you won, your name and your shipping address. Without this information we cannot process your order and will return your payment to you. (your address on the envelope is not enough) | Payment must be received within 10 business days, unless other arrangements are made between the winning bidder and JKLM Comics & Collectibles.

WE STRONGLY RECOMEND PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES | We pack all our items with care, so you receive them in the same condition they left us.
We mail twice a week on Monday and Thursday.
NOTE: All bubble mailers will be stamped “DO NOT BEND” front and back twice on each side for protection
All items can be placed in a box upon request, but please keep in mind this may increase your shipping costs.
Please note the flat rate envelope and box options below as they will save you money on mulitple wins.

i. AF: Action figures will be wrapped with either bubble wrap or packing paper (which ever we have in stock when your item is shipped) and placed in a priority mail box, or other box if applicable.
ii. CARDS: Single and multiple cards will come in soft sleeves and sealed in an acid free backing board case then placed into an envelope. If more than 15 cards are purchased they will come in an appropriate sized acrylic card case and mailed in a bubble mailer or envelope. If more than 150 cards are purchased they will be packaged into a card box.
iii. CARD SETS: Card sets will be wrapped in plastic then wrapped in an acid free board for protection. They will then be placed into a bubble mailer for protection. If multiple card sets are won, the same will be done until the amount warrants a box.
iv. COMICS: Comic books come bagged and boarded. We pack them with 2 boards on each side (total 4 boards). Multiple comic book purchases will be packed facing each other and 2 boards on each side of the total lot (total of 4 boards)
v. DVD: Clam shell cased DVDs will come in a manila envelope wrapped upon itself. Clasping DVDs will be mailed in a bubble mailer. Larger DVDs will be mailed in a bubble mailer. Lots of DVDs will come packaged in a bubble mailer or a box depending on the size of the lot. All DVDs will come bagged for protection.
vi. HB: Hard back books will come bagged and sealed tightly then put in a bubble mailer. Multiple auction winners for hard backs (depending on size) will be placed in a box.

vii. GN: Graphic novels come bagged and with 2 boards on each side (total 4 boards). Multiple graphic novel purchases will be bagged in a large bag for protection and sealed tightly with 2 boards on each side (total 4 boards)
viii. LGN:Large graphic novels and coffee table books will be bagged (if applicable) and mailed in a large bubble mailer. Multiple large purchases will be mailed in a box.
ix. MAGS: Magazines will come bagged with 2 boards on each side (total 4 boards). Multiple magazine purchases will be bagged in a large bag for protection and sealed tightly with 2 boards on each side (total 4 boards)
x. PB: Paper back books will be bagged and sealed tightly then put into a stiff manila mailer (not always in a bubble mailer, varies book to book) that is folded over itself for protection (this is for smaller books). If more than 5 paper back books are won they can be shipped in a box if they are too large to fit into a bubble mailer safely.
xi. SB: Statues/Busts will come in a box. We mail statues/busts via priority mail as a standard. We can mail them via first class, but please remember you can save a little on shipping but it will take longer to get to you.
xii. VG: Console Video games will come wrapped in a manila envelope or a bubble mailer (depending on size) if mailed via First Class and a priority mail box if you purchase priority mail shipping. Large boxed games (ie computer games) will come in a priority mail box and are not eligible for first class shipping.

If your item is damaged in shipping we will not issue a refund.
We HIGHLY recommend insurance so we can help you to file for a refund through the Post Office.

On purchases totaling over $100 we require that you purchase insurance and priority mail.
This is for security reasons to protect both the buyer and seller. |
If you would like insurance(recomended) on your product please specify it on the postage calculator provided.
Please make sure you read through the entire auction before you bid. We describe everything as accurately as we can and will not refund if you misread the auction. So please check the condition, quantity and any other qualities in this auction.
If you receive your item damaged and you purchased insurance we will supply you with all documents needed to report it to the USPS. We do not refund costs for damaged items, this is why we recommend insurance.

Please take note that we are more than happy to combine shipping for you on as many auctions as you want to bid on and win, however when you get the first invoice sent automatically from eBay the shipping cost may be wrong if we have quoted you a price in an email. If this is the case please EMAIL us and we will correct this with a new invoice.
This also includes anything that you would like sent Flat rate per the prices below. You must let us know that you want it sent FLAT RATE or you will be charged regularly.

Please keep in mind that we do charge a handling cost. This means that when you get your package and see that the cost on the label is different from the price you paid, we do not refund that amount. If when you get your invoice for multiple item wins and your shipping cost seems really high, please e-mail us to verify that it is the correct charge. Once you pay for the auction you are agreeing that this charge is ok and we will not refund any differences.
