Lego Duplo Lot of 425+ Misc Bricks, Pieces and Cars

This auction is for a lot of over 425 Lego Duplo bricks, cars, pieces and parts. These are in great used clean condition. These have been played with so there is some scratching from being used and put in storage bins, just basic surface scratching, not deep scratching. All pieces are clean and ready for use.

I accept PayPal, cashier's checks and money orders. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Winning bidder must pay within 7 days. I will send a reminder e-mail to you after a few days of auctions end. If paying with a money order or cashier's check, please let me know by contacting me or using the checkout/pay feature on the auction page. If there is no contact or payment from the buyer after 7 days I will file an unpaid item dispute and relist the item.

I will gladly give shipping discounts on multiple auctions won within 3 days of each other, I can be flexible on this, please contact me. If you receive an invoice after the first item ends, please send me an e-mail to let me know if you are bidding on another item that does not end in the same day.

International bidders:

I will not mark the customs form as a gift so please take that into consideration when bidding.

The shipping calculator is usually correct, please contact me with any questions about that or to confirm shipping amount.

I almost always use PayPal Shipping to send any items within the US. You should receive an e-mail from PayPal with that shipping information. Delivery confirmation information is provided in that e-mail, please note that delivery confirmation is not Tracking. If you would like Signature confirmation, Insurance or Tracking on your item, you are responsible for requesting it from me and the costs associated with any and all extra services.

Packages are usually shipped within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday) after payment is made. Please keep in mind that if you pay on Friday your item will not ship until Monday. Also, please allow an extra day over postal holidays.

I am on the East Coast and I almost always use calculated shipping costs to keep costs down for the buyers. If shipping certain items to the West Coast and the amount exceeds the Priority Mail Flat Rate (those items that fit in a flat rate box) I will revise the shipping amount on the invoice to reflect the lower shipping amount.

First Class Mail, Media Mail, Parcel Post and Priority Mail items that require shipping and packaging materials will have a small handling fee in the shipping amount. Please see the Excessive Shipping Charges Policy provided by Ebay. I have that posted below.

Ebay has their shipping and handling charges defined as follows:

Sellers may charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to cover the costs for mailing, packaging, and handling the items they are selling. While eBay will not prescribe exactly what a seller may or may not charge, eBay will rely on member reports and its own discretion to determine whether or not a seller?s shipping, handling, packaging, and/or insurance charges are excessive. Shipping and handling fees may not be listed as a percentage of the final sale price.

Sellers who want to be sure they are in compliance with this policy may charge actual shipping costs plus actual packaging materials cost (or less).

In addition to the final listing price, sellers are permitted to charge:

Actual Shipping cost: This is the actual cost (i.e. postage) for shipping the item.

Handling Fee: Actual packaging materials costs may be charged. A handling fee in addition to actual shipping cost may be charged if it is not excessive.

Insurance: Sellers offering insurance may only charge the actual fee for insurance. No additional amount may be added, such as ?self-insurance?. Sellers who do not use a licensed 3rd party insurance company may not require buyers to purchase insurance. This is a violation of state law.

All sales are final unless I have grossly misrepresented the item. Please ask questions regarding the item before bidding. If you need measurements, extra pictures or any other details that you think may have been left out of the description please let me know. I will not give refunds if it does not fit, or if it is not what you wanted. There are usually a lot of pictures of the items and the pictures can be enlarged to get a detailed look at the items and specific areas of the items. I am as thorough as I can be but I am human and sometimes something is overlooked. If it was overlooked it should not be a major flaw.

I take pride in my auctions and feedback. I try to describe the items as accurately as possible. If you find anything wrong other than items/issues described in the auction, please let me know as soon as possible. I would like nothing more than to resolve any discrepancies right away. Items come from a non-smoking home (I sometimes get items from others and I cannot always know their smoking status). I do have pets.
