Please view photo carefully.  You receive all that is there INCLUDING INSTRUCTION BOOKLET.  The Booklet needs tape as the front and back covers are apart from booklet.  Booklet is otherwise complete.

A great addition to the collection of any Harry Potter collector.  Even just for the parts and to make this kit or the booklet it is worth the price.  Most non-set-specific parts are readily available.

This is NOT a complete set but does include printed set specific pieces and other pieces needed to complete the set such as the base plate and plants.

NOTE:  THE BROWN IS NOT RED BROWN - it had to be substituted with old brown as red brown was not available.

Any additional items belonging to this set if located within the duration of this auction will be included.
