Shipments go out at 9 am central standard time so all orders paid before 8:30 go out the same day; if paid after 8:30 a.m. your item will be shipped within 24 hours.

Q: Do you combine to save shipping monies?
A: Absolutely!!! Just allow us to send you the combined invoice before payment. If you want to combine over several days' auctions we are easy; just let us know by email.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Absolutely...we ship worldwide.

Q: Do you offer insurance on items purchased?

A: Insurance can be purchased and is provided by the United States Postal Service. Domestic rates are $1.65 for the first $50. Check for rates at www.usps.com. We reserve the right to require insurance on larger dollar amounts shipped Internationally at our discretion. Please inquire within as to rates (exact USPS rates applied).


Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal and Money Orders within the United States...Paypal only worldwide.

Q: How soon after I pay do you ship?
A: If your items are paid for before 8:30 a.m. CST your package will be shipped the same day...if after it will go out to you the next mailing day. Post Offices are closed in the United States on Sundays and Holidays.

Q: Is your facility smoking or non smoking?
A: We are non smokers and we do not allow anybody to handle your product who does. We do have cats and dogs.

Q: How long do we have to get the payment to you?
A:We allow 10 days for payment to reach us by mail and 3 days by Paypal. Of course, if you want to combine all you have to do is email us through eBay's mail system.
