Q: Do you combine to save shipping monies? A: Absolutely!!! Just allow us to send you the combined invoice before payment. If you want to combine over several days' auctions we are easy; just let us know by email.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States? A: Absolutely...we ship worldwide. Please do not ask us to alter or falsify the customs documents as this is a crime. If you have issues with the duties that your country charges for imports please take that up with your elected officials.
Q: Do you offer insurance on items purchased?
A: Insurance can be purchased and is provided by the United States Postal Service. Domestic rates are $1.65 for the first $50. Check for rates at www.usps.com. We reserve the right to require insurance on larger dollar amounts shipped Internationally at our discretion. Please inquire within as to rates (exact USPS rates applied).
Q: What form of payments do you accept? A: We accept Paypal and Money Orders within the United States...Paypal only worldwide. If your Paypal payment is by e-check form please realize that we cannot ship the item until Paypal informs us that the e-check has cleared. This is usually anywhere from 35- days in the United States and 7-12 internationally.
Q: How soon after I pay do you ship? A: If your items are paid for before 8:30 a.m. CST your package will be shipped the same day...if after it will go out to you the next mailing day. Post Offices are closed in the United States on Sundays and Holidays.
Q: Is your facility smoking or non smoking? A: We are non smokers and we do not allow anybody to handle your product who does. We do have cats and dogs.
Q: How long do we have to get the payment to you? A:We allow 10 days for payment to reach us by mail and 3 days by Paypal. Of course, if you want to combine all you have to do is email us through eBay's mail system. Base Plate background and ruler are not part of this auction.
