General info:

I ship packages, process invoices, and answer questions Monday through Saturday.  I do my best to ship within 24 hours of payment clearing.  If you ask for an invoice or a question late Saturday or any time Sunday, I may not see it until Monday, but don't worry, I'll take care of it first thing Monday morning.

 

Payment terms:

PayPal preferred for quickest shipping.  There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for credit card payments.  I accept PayPal e-checks, but please keep in mind that it usually takes 7-10 Business days for PayPal to process the e-checks.  I have no control over bank processing time.

 

Shipping terms:

I would be happy to combine multiple purchases into one shipment to save you money if you could please pay on one invoice.  I'll gladly get you the best rate possible.  The eBay shipping calculator doesn't always combine shipping properly for multiple auctions and will likely overcharge you.  Just ask for an invoice, and I’d be happy to get one quickly for you.   I will gladly ship in USPS Flat Rate Priority boxes if it saves you money!

 

International bidders:

ATTENTION ITALIAN BUYERS:  I cannot ship to Italy due to customs regulations prohibiting the import of non-wood toys.  If you purchase this item, I will have to cancel your order.
