No Box.  Adapter is PRISTINE, showing virtually NO signs of use.

Front & Rear Caps Included.

Front cap says Leica in script.  Rear cap has a number - 14269.

It will accept Lens Heads of :-

90/2 Summicron M or SM  or Leitz Elmarit M 135/2.8 and put them on Visoflex II or III, for close up to infinity focus.

By adding adapter 14127* or 14167,  one can use above lens heads on Leica R or Canon EOS with adapter.

Red Leica Display - NOT INCLUDED.

None of the Lens heads or Adapters mentioned above are included in this offer.  What is on offer is 1 Leitz 16462 Short Mount, as shown in the next image :-
