*Not DOA means that the unit will power up when plugged to the correct source of power. The item will perform basic functions as advertised or implied on the description. Matters of fine calibration are not covered.

Our Shipping and Packing charges are determined by the shipped weight, as well as the overall size and dimensions of the item. Sometimes items are so LARGE, that they must ship at OVER-SIZE rates, even though they are not that heavy. The Freight Industry calls this: "DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT" and you can read about it at the websites of all shipping companies like UPS and USPS.

If you choose to pickup items, you must CALL us @ 516-867-7300 and provide us with your information. You must pick up the item within 7 calendar days from the auction end date. Advance payment using Paypal will make the pickup procedure much easier. Valid picture ID must be present at the time of purchase to verify winner. 24 hour notice to be given for appointment pick-up's.

We ship items to the 48 lower states. We will ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.(For an added expense). International shipments may be possible if size / weight permits. (Shipping internationally may be expensive) Sorry, but we can not ship large packages to P.O. boxes and APO / FPO addresses.

If you buy multiple auctions from us we will try to combine shipments if possible. If it is not possible to combine items, then buyer is to pay for each individual shipping cost as listed in the auctions.

Most of our Items ship UPS Ground and 3-Day Select.

1. Items are sold with a not DOA* (dead on arrival) Guarantee. If this product fails to work as described in the auction within 3 days from the date you receive it, let us know and we will gladly help you solve the problem. Most of the time that we receive a DOA complain we can solve the issue with a simple service call as the item was operated incorrectly by user. If the item is truly DOA we will accept the return and provide a complete refund including shipping and handling. If operator error is the cause of DOA we will not issue a refund. RMAs (Return merchandise authorization) must be issued by us before sending the unit back. We may refuse any package that does not have an RMA.

2. Refunds are only given in the extreme case that the item is not the same model described and/or pictured. We cannot accept a return on any items that you "may change your mind on".

3. After the 3 day period has passed, we will not extend exchange privileges or refunds.

4. Any item sold "AS-IS" in the auction condition line will not be accepted as a returned item nor will any refunds given. This means that the item has not been tested and therefore we cannot issue guarantees on such.

5. If an item arrives damaged, we MUST be notified within 24 hours in order to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, it will de more difficult to process your claim paperwork and we will not be responsible for any declines on claims or delays. You MUST save all original packaging and inform your local delivery person if visible damage to the box is evident at the time of delivery.

6. Taxes for this auction will be applied on shipments sent to or picked up in New York.
