 LEMUEL GILBERT EMPIRE SQUARE GRAND PIANO.  This wonderful original piano was made in Boston early to mid 1800's.  It is in wonderful condition.  Needs tuning, but plays with no apparent damage.  Case is in excelllent condition and is a combination of rosewood and mahogany.  Dimensions:  6' 1" wide, 2' 8" deep, 3' 1" high.  Gold label on front above keyboard says Patent Action/  Lemuel Gilbert/  No. 4518 Washington Street/  BOSTON
