Letterpress Chase Kelsey 3 x 5

You are bidding on a used chase that came from a Kelsey Excelsior Mercury Model N.

It appears to be in very good serviceable condition.  It does have some light surface rust.  All four adjusting screws are in place.

As with all things I sell, if you are not happy with it, send it back in the condition in which it was received and I will refund your money, no questions, no hassles, no feedback games!

Shipping via US Mail is for USA addresses only.  Other locations, please email before buying for shipping cost.

Please, if you are not satisfied with your item--let me know before leaving feedback.  I will make every reasonable attempt to settle a dispute to YOUR  satisfaction. I attempt to describe all items conservatively and accurately, including flaws. Occasionally I may overlook something, or we may have an honest disagreement on an item's condition. If an item does not appear to be as I described, it is NOT because I tried to rip you off.

If I list an item "AS IS"  it is that way because I cannot ascertain the condition, or I know nothing about the item.  This one is up to you!

I try to be meticulous in answering emails, usually I do within hours, but please allow for occasional computer problems, power outages and/or my being away from home for a day or so.

If you need more information on an item, please ask.  If you want more photos, please ask and try to be specific about what you would like to see.

I try my best to ship the same day, the day after the auction closes.  If for some reason it is going to take longer, I will let you know.  I use USPS most of the time.  For books, CD's and other Media, I use Media Mail.  If you want to upgrade the shipping, let me know and I will let you know what is available.  I charge actual shipping and a small amount for shipping materials (usually less than a dollar).  If I find I charged too much for shipping, I will refund the difference.  If I charge too little, well that is my problem.

I do reserve the right to delay shipping until checks clear, but if it is not a high cost item, and you have a good feedback record indicating that you pay promptly, I (trusting sole that I am) will likely ship right away. Please send your shipping address when you email me to tell me your payment method.  This paragraph will self destruct the first time I get burned!

PayPal preferred.  Will accept Money Orders and Personal Checks (reserving the right to wait for check to clear before shipping).  Shipping will be via USPS.
