This was the first book in the marvelous "Mistresses of the Macabre" series edited by Richard Dalby, who has provided a learned Introduction. Galbraith's stories appeared in periodicals and very fragile paperbacks of the 1890s, and really only saved for modern readers due to Dalby's dedicated research and efforts.
As the first volume in the series, this one's just about the hardest to find. If you could find it at all it will run $450 to $500, more than twice the value of the most expensive later volume in this important series.

Insured Media Mail is cheap and generally takes 2-9 days
(on rare occasions it may take 3-4 weeks).
The more it weighs, the less it costs per pound.

A Flat Rate Envelope holds
a small-ish single book or several pamphlets
with room for plenty of cardboard to protect your items.

Unless you live in Halifax,
for 4 lbs and under, Priority International
is least outrageously expensive.
For 13 lbs or more, M-bag is pretty reasonable.

Alas, there is no International Media Mail,
although M-bag is reasonable if your package weighs 13 lbs or more.
