Refill Instructions:  For The Black Cartridge, Use The Included Hole Maker or A Drill With A Small Bit To Make A Hole Just Above The Letter E In The Word LEXMARK. Insert Needle Onto The Black Ink Bottle.  Now Insert Needle Into The Hole You Made & Push All The Way To The Bottom. You Must Push Through The Inside Sponge Until It Won't Go Any Further. Then Push In the Bottom of The Ink Bottle VERY VERY Slowly To Fill. You Do Not Have To Tape Up The Hole Afterwards. For The Color Cartridge, You Must Gently Remove The Top of The Cartridge To Reveal The 3 Ink Spaces Inside. There Is Already A Hole In Each Color, So Just Attach The Needle Onto the Correct Color and Insert  Same As Before. Rinse Needle Between Colors.Then Just Tape The Cartridge Closed. Be Careful Not To Overfill! Troubleshooting Guide: If The Ink Does Not Flow, Place The Cartridge Onto The Cartridge Holder, Get The Plunger & Insert It Into The Hole on The Bottom of The Holder & Draw Out Some Ink to Get The Flow Started. You Can Also Try And Submerge The Cartridge Half Way Into A Bowl of Warm Water & Let It Sit For 10 Minutes. A Completely Empty Cartridge Takes 20ml. To Refill & Can Be Refilled Up To 3 Times!  Hope This Helps!
