Products sold as-is. Returns are only excepted when contacted within seven days of the items arrival (delivery confirmation confirms when the item arrived). Refunds are only given due to the following: wrong item, damaged item (only if you purchased insurance), and lost items (only if you purchased insurance). All other refunds are subject to denial. It depends merely on the situation and the reasoning for the refund. We will try to work with anyone who might need this though. |
