The famous calligraphist MI Fei is responsible for painting/writing the 2400+ characters as they appear in this complete text of Li Sao - the autobiography of Ch'u Yuan, poet and statesman who died in 299 B.C. of the State of Ts'u. This reproduction is "precious to the art lovers the world over," as it is the first such reproduction of this album of MI Fei calligraphy. 

32 pages in yellow paperback bound with maroon thread. Hinges are secure. Text in Chinese, except for tissue-guard in English (see photos). Characters printed in b&w, with red accents. The textblock is square and the pages are clean. Small chip (0.5" x 0.25") to top edge of twelfth page in volume. Mild wear to corners of covers. Slight edgewear.
