| LI SHAN MEDIUM ROAST - SPRING 2008
High mountain wulong from the beautiful region of Li Shan (centre-north of Taiwan) Hand crafted and roasted in small batches, it is a slightly darker roast than you would expect from greener Li Shan. Still, it develops complex aromas and a very warming tea cup. Nice liquor clarity. This tea needs a good filtered or spring water at no less than 95° celsius.
