Our main goal is to meet, if not exceed, your expectations when you receive your equipment. PLEASE INSPECT THE EQUIPMENT THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING FOR FINAL DELIVERY/PICK UP TO INSURE THAT EACH PART IS FULLY OPERATIONAL.  Please be reminded that this is used exercise equipment and we assemble, inspect and sanitize each machine before it leaves our warehouse.  Errors can occur in the shipping, hauling and delivery process and we recommend you purchase insurance.

PRODUCT CONDITION:

·          If mechanical damage occurs as a result of shipping, please be sure to indicate any issues/problems on the Bill of Lading OR the claim will be denied when filing. SEE RETURN POLICY FOR PROPER INSTRUCTIONS.

·         All products have been inspected by a certified technician

·         Conditions list below are industry standard as well as OUR professional opinion and may differ slightly from your expectations.   Used equipment and is priced at least 50% off  retail prices and we use the below chart to determine specific details when marketing  the product:

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

·         Please allow 5-20 business days for shipping from the date of cleared payment.

·         PLEASE INDICATE ANY SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS at the time of your order and kindly supply your phone number when submitting payment in the event that we need to contact you to make delivery arrangements.

·         All shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please note that merchandise that is returned as a result of
“REFUSED SHIPMENT” will not be refunded. 

·         All deliveries are handled by subcontractors and EZ Fitness is not responsible for any damages resulting from such services.

·         Any damage to product must be noted on the bill of lading or claims will be denied.  The buyer assumes full responsibility if nothing is noted.

Local Delivery

·         Available to parts of ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA

·         Merchandise usually ships within 2-10 business days once payment has been verified

·         Local delivery will include a 1 man curbside/garage door drop off.  An in home, 2 man delivery is available to limited areas for an additional fee.  Please see the chart below for details.

·         Any costs not paid prior to delivery will be collected in the form of cash only at the time of delivery.  No checks please.

Freight Shipping

·         Available to all States* including but not limited to those states found in LOCAL SHIPMENTS and all of North America.  *some restrictions in apply in certain states.                            

·         All freight shipping quotes will be given under the assumption that the potential buyer  is tractor trailer accessible.  If you are not tractor trailer accessible, you will be required to pay an additional fee to the freight company upon delivery.

·         You may use your own freight carrier if you wish.  Weight, Dimensions and Zip Code can be found in product description. There will be a non-refundable $15 charge for packaging each piece if you arrange your own carrier.  . Pick up orders must be PREARRANGED before product is released to your carrier and coordinated in advance and we are not liable for any damages or delivery issues once the product leaves our possession. .

·         Shipping Insurance is available upon request and prepayment.  Please email us if you would like further details as this varies based upon product, weight and method of shipping.

·         In order to save $ on shipping costs, merchandise may show up partially disassembled.

·         Average Freight runs between $350-$600 unless specified differently in the listing.  Please inquire prior to bidding for a more accurate quote.

 

Pick Ups

·         All pickups will require an appointment based upon our operational hours (EST).  Please email us for details.

·         Cash payments will only be accepted at the time of pick up.  No checks please when picking product up. If paid by Pay Pal or check,  product will not be released until payment clears.

·         Please be prepared to bring a suitable vehicle for transporting your machine.  Remember, most pieces of exercise equipment weigh over 250lbs and are very heavy and cumbersome.  Most exercise equipment are meant to be transported right side up.  A truck, cargo van or box truck is recommended depending on the type of machine(s) being picked up. 

·         We will be happy to help you load the machine into your vehicle at no charge.  If you require disassembly at the time of pick up, there will be a $10 charge paid in cash.  Any reassembly needing to be done by the customer will result in the loss of warranty.

·         We are not liable for any damage to the machine or customer(s) injury resulting from customer pick up/transport.

·         Please test product prior to accepting it.

 

Sales Tax

·        All CT sales are subject to a CT state sales tax of 6%.  Any pickups from our CT warehouse and deliveries to CT residences will be charged 6% sales tax.
