PLEASE DO NOT SEND IMPORTANT MESSAGES ATTACHED TO YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT. I will probably not see it. Email me direct or contact me through the link in the auction.  

I only ship to the address given to me by your  Paypal account. I will not send to any other address. 

Payment by Paypal e-check can delay ship up to one week while the money is being transferred from your bank.

Any special handling shipping such as APO or  PR that requires my going to the Post Office may delay shipping an extra business day. 

I can not provide a high level of customer service to buyers outside of the U.S.A., so I do not ship outside the U.S.

After receiving your order, if you have a question or complaint, please email me ( or call ) or better yet - contact me through the eBay messaging system so eBay will have a record of you message. DO NOT leave a complaint in you eBay Feedback until you have emailed me and given me time to address the problem. 

Inventory is stored in a NON-SMOKING home. I have asthma and a cat allergy, so no one is allowed to smoke in my home - and I am very particular about what I buy and bring into my home.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY: In most cases, unless it is stated differently elsewhere in the return specifics, you have 7 days after receiving the item to inform me you are returning it. After I approve the return, you have 48 hours to get it packed and posted.  Shipping charges to and from are not refundable. Items that were sold with "free" shipping will have the postage I paid deducted from the refund. You will have to acknowledge, when asked by eBay, that you have returned the item so that eBay will refund my auction and listing fees. Otherwise, that will be deducted from your refund. There are ALWAYS exceptions - that is why you must contact me before returning anything. 

Damage items:  If your item is insured and was damaged during shipping, contact me immediately and report the claim to  the shipper ( UPS or US Post  Office). Save the box and packing as they will want to inspect it. I have been packing eBay shipments for well over 10 years, but anything will break if it is mishandled.  If an UNINSURED item is damaged in transit, there is little I can do to help you, and you would NOT be eligible for any kind of refund.
