Up & Downhill Walking Hill
Ten levels of incline and five levels of decline give you the ability to walk up and downhill during your workout. This adds variety to help you stay motivated.

Easy to Use Console
The large blue backlit matrix displays calories burned, workout time, current speed, current incline, heart rate, distance travelled & step count.

Easily access 6 incline, 5 speed, 2 custom user programs, 2 My Zone heart rate control and body mass analysis quickly with a touch of a button. The Incline and Speed programs have 5 different intensity levels to choose from.

Speed and incline can be controlled using the 4 preset quick speed & quick incline buttons, by the up and down arrows on the console or the toggle buttons on the handlebars.

Wraparound Handlebars & Safety Bar
Enjoy stability and extra security in case you lose your balance. Wraparound handlebars give you extra protection on each side, while the front safety bar is just a quick grab away to keep you upright and moving forward.

EZ-Drop Unfolding System
Quickly and easily unfold your treadmill and watch it slowly and safely come to the floor. With EZ-Drop, there’s no sudden drop or loud noise when you unfold your treadmill.

	Decline — This exclusive advanced program lets you walk downhill at different gradients over the course of the program. Walking downhill eases knee & joint pain, can help lower blood sugar & is an excellent way to exercise.
	Step Count — LifeSpan's Intelli-Step™ technology is the basis for this advanced program which can help you increase the number of steps you take each day or participate in a popular step counting program. Just select the number of steps you want to walk or jog and the console screen will display the number of steps you've taken until you reach your goal.
	Distance — The distance program makes it easy to train for an upcoming event such as a 5K or 10K race. Simply enter the distance you want to go, then walk or jog until you reach your goal.

Custom User Programs — Create two different workout programs for your own exercise regiment and use them repeatedly. In the User program you choose the speed and incline for each of the twelve program segments, building an exercise program that works for you!

My Zone Program —Two My Zone™ heart rate control programs let you keep your heart rate at the levels you need to exercise safely and achieve your cardiovascular fitness goals. The My Zone™ Constant program keeps your heart rate at a constant level, while the My Zone™ Interval program lets you choose your own minimum and maximum heart rate. As you exercise, the incline automatically adjusts to keep your heart rate at the desired level or within the range you entered.
