All purchases are processed within 3 days of a cleared payment, but MOST are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, unless we are out of stock at the time of order, in which your order will be shipped upon restocking.  For customers located in the USA, we offer FREE SHIPPING on ADDITIONAL items.  Pay only one shipping fee.  For example;  If you purchase a hat with $4.99 shipping, then a 3-Pack of tee shirts with $9.99 shipping, then $9.99 will be the shipping fee paid.  Large domestic (USA) orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. 

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, but large orders must have a surcharge applied, due to the fact that we must use USPS (which costs more for large orders) to ship large orders to these locations.

If your invoice does not combine properly, then please request a combined invoice.  This item will ship via USPS First Class Mail. 

For INTERNATIONAL customers, we offer shipping discounts for multiple purchases.  You can view the shipping prices to your country by viewing the shipping information tab.   We ship all international orders via USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority International.  USPS does provide Customs Form #'s proof of acceptance and delivery, but are not traditional tracking numbers.  Only USPS Express packages can be tracked day by day.  USPS International packages typically take 4-10 business days, but we are not responsible for delays caused by your own country's customs.  Please take note.  If you make multiple purchases and would like to request combined shipping, please send a request.

If there is any problem, you can request a return within 3 days of receipt of your order.  Any return for an exchange or refund MUST be authorized first by UltraMagnetic Tees.  Please contact us for Return Authorization.  All products must be returned in the new condition they were sent in.  We cannot accept any ripped open packages.  Most of our pre-packaged items can be opened without ripping, so please keep this in mind upon receipt of merchandise.  Any merchandise that has been worn, used, abused, altered, washed and/or dried cannot be accepted for a return, refund, nor exchange. We are not responsible for shrinkage caused by your washing methods. Please take all steps necessary to avoid this.  There is an accurate size chart in most listings, please view it to pick your correct sizes.  Only exchanges will be given if the correct size was sent.  Refunds will be given as cash back (minus shipping and listing fees), and buyer must send the items back to us.  Buyer must pay all re-shipping fees regarding exchanges.
