We ship very promptly upon payment receipt.  Usually the day of payment, unless it is a weekend or Holiday.
We use new packing materials, most orders are shipped Priority Mail or 1st Class.  We do offer combined shipping.
If you pay more than necessary to cover materials and postage, we will refund the difference, easier if you use PayPal.
