About this nonprofit:
The NDIC Employee Community Outreach Association (ECOA) is a non-profit (501 (c) (3)) organization comprised of NDIC employees, detailees, and tenants who sponsor a variety of charitable activities in the Laurel Highlands region of Pennsylvania. Our mission is to raise money to support organizations that provide social services to the citizens of the Laurel Highlands. Our goal is to make positive changes in our community.
