This is a nice lightweight briefcase.  It has retractable handles and three separate compartments.  There is a center compartment that is zippered and then there are open compartments on either side of that.  It is in excellent condition except one side has a faint bit of paint on it.  It belonged to my mother who was an art professor so it is only fitting.  It is barely noticable.
