Installation
The simple design
incorporates a unique ceiling mount that can be disguised as a plant
hook for discretion. It requires only a single screw into a main joist
in the ceiling. A threaded compression system holds the Lil' Mynx in
place. It can handle a person up to 200 pounds. When the pole is put
away, all you have left is a small disc in the ceiling, or if desired
the plant hook for decoration. After initial installation it takes only
seconds to put up or take down, with no tools needed. This pole comes with 1 standard flat ceiling mount and 1 friction mount.
Friction mounts do have limitations. Please be aware of that fact.
Vaulted mounts are available in our store. We are not responsible for
ceiling height measurements. If your ceiling is lower than 8 feet, we
can customize the pole height for you for free. |

Shipping in the contiguous United States is 40 dollars. We can ship to
Alaska and Hawaii for 75 dollas. We do require a contact phone
number to ship.
All poles are
shipped Fedex ground with insurance and
signature required. You can remove the signature requirement, but you
must let us know.
We do accept exchanges only for defective poles. We do not accept returns. You must retain
all original packaging for exchanges or replacement/repair of defective
pole. We will arrange a pickup for the pole through Fedex. Buyer is not responsible for shipping poles deemed
defective by the factory.
If you have a problem with your pole, please contact us first. All poles
are picked up and shipped back to us Fedex ground and back to you Fedex
ground.
Your pole should ship out the next business day after payment is
received in full. We do reserve the right to take up to 1-2 business
days. We will send the tracking number for Fedex the day your pole
ships. This will give you an estimated date of delivery.
During the Limited Warranty period, Pacific International Marketing &
Promotions, Inc. warrants that the Lil' Mynx dance pole 1) is free from
defective materials and workmanship, and 2) conforms to the factory
specifications in effect at the time the dance pole was manufactured.
If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, this Lil' Mynx dance
pole
fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Pacific International
Marketing & Promotions Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or
replace the
pole free of charge. This warranty applies only to the dance pole
itself, not
accessories or carrying case. This Limited Warranty does not include
normal
wear and tear, i.e. scratches/finish. Pacific International Marketing &
Promotions, Inc is not responsible for the misuse or improper
installation of
the Lil' Mynx dance pole. Replacement parts are warranted to be free
from
defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the
remainder of this limited warranty, whichever is longer.
