Occasion Favors uses primarily USPS or UPS for most of their shipments within the United States.

At this time we do not ship to International locations.

Shipment of our items leave our location within five (5) business days upon payment receipt and address confirmation.

Presently items can not be shipped to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Insurance is highly recommended for fragile and high cost items. It is not required and is an optional additional cost to the customer.

We regret that we are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages once it has been received by USPS or UPS.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Even though we try our best to offer you quality products that we feel are highly desirable we do understand that sometimes a customer will purchase an item that does not meet to their expections.

We do want you to be 100% satisfied and do ask that upon receiving your order that you carefully inspect your item.

Before returning the item the customer must contact us within seven (7) business days from product receipt at info@occasionfavors.com for return request consideration. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be given without prior authorization. A return authorization number will be sent in a follow up email. Do not ship product back to us until the return authorization number has been issued. It is our policy at Occasion Favors that after the seven (7) business day expiration a return request will not be granted.

The authorized product must be received back to Occasion Favors no later than fourteen (14) business days via USPS or UPS with the return authorization number on the outside of the package being returned. It must be in the original unopened product packaging with all hang tags attached and without any evidence of use, wear or damage.

The customer will pay for all return shipping costs sent back to Occasion Favors unless return is due to a personalization, monogrammed, embroidery or engraving error. If return is due to these conditions then Occasion Favors will reimburse the customer for the return shipping costs.

Returns and refunds will not be granted for edible and perishable items. Those products personalized, engraved, monogrammed and embroidered without evidence of error may not be returned and refund will not be granted.

Refunds of the actual cost of the item will be processed and issued within 10-14 business days after receipt of the authorized returned product to Occasion Favors.

Our preferred payment of choice is Paypal.

Payment must be made within seven (7) days of the auction end.

For those items shipped to the State of Georgia a state sales tax of 6% will be assessed on the final order amount.
