This auction is for the Limited Treasures LOUISIANA State Quarter Bear. While there are several companies offering state quarter bears, this is the only series to include the quarter permanently attached to the bear. The quarter is encased in plastic on the bottom of one foot. Embroidered on the bottom of the other foot is "18TH STATE". The bear has the state and state name embroidered on the chest. It also has the date LOUISIANA became a state embroidered down the side of one leg. The bear is new, comes from a smoke-free environment and the hang tag includes interesting facts about the state.
