This is a factory decorated French Limoge handpainted game plate by Bawo & Dotter, with the mark used between 1920 and 1932. It is one of a pair that I am listing on eBay tonight. It is in excellent condition with a curvy gold trimmed border. It also has a green Elite/L/France mark which is the mark for the blank. The plate is 8 & 3/4" across and has no chips, cracks or restoration. There is one very fine scratch to the glaze only visible if you slant the light across the surface of the plate mentioned for absolute accuracy.
