We accept Paypal as our sole method of payment for all orders. We also only accept Paypal payments from confirmed addresses only. This is the ONLY way that both you and ourselves are 100% protected. No bank transfers or any other methods of payment are accepted.

Domestic customers have the choice of UPS or Fedex for their shipments, and International Buyers have the choice of USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, so please use the provided shipping calculator below. Please be advised, that due to paypal and ebay seller coverage policies, we ship ONLY with services that offer tracking information. We will NOT ship via Air Parcel Post. International Customers are required to submit their phone number. WE WILL NOT SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE, NOR WILL WE CALL YOU, unless it is an emergency. Again, Tax, Duty and/or VAT are the responsibility of all International Buyers, so please check your local rates before committing to buy. We will NOT DECLARE A LOWER VALUE, or DECLARE AS A GIFT, as we are a legitimate business, and this is against the law. If optional insurance is not purchased by the buyer, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage by the carrier. We have no way to handle local pickups, as our items ship from several fullfilment warehouses, so NO WILL CALLS please.

All items generally ship within 1-2 business of payment processing, however many orders do ship same day. We ship every business day, so you're assured timely processing and delivery of your purchases. Although we are better than 99.4% accurate with regards to inventory, overselling of items sometimes does occur, and we will let you know of this ASAP, and offer a full refund at that time. Tracking info is Emailed automatically, so be sure to check your SPAM filters for this information

WE OFFER a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY!!
- Items that are DOA or Defective upon arrival will be returned at sellers expense via an RMA number and a return shipping label that will be Emailed to you
- If you are dissatisfied with the item, you may return it on your dime for a refund minus shipping costs, and a small restocking fee to handle our administrative costs. As long as the item is packaged as new in it's original packaging with all accessories, a refund will be given with just a 5% to 10% restocking fee (the restocking fee will be higher if any packaging or accessories are missing or damaged, so please package up your item well). Again, any item(s) returned to us without an RMA number will be refused.
- If you are dissatisfied with the item, and it is returned to us missing accessories, packaging, etc we reserve the right to charge a 10% to 20% restocking fee. We are reasonable people however, so just Email us with the situation, and we will go out of our way to be fair with you:)
- International Customers are responsible for return shipping under any circumstances, and we do not accept returns on 110 volt product that has been damaged in a 240 volt environment.
