Gargoyle
Jewelry/Trinket Box!
This special box is made of a heavy cold cast resin and is hand-painted to give the appearance of stone. There is a wonderfully detailed
gargoyle on the top of the lid, with Celtic design around the box. The interior is lined in black, and there is felt on the bottom of the box
to protect your furniture. It measures about 2½" across, 2" deep and about 3½" high.
This would make the perfect gift for you or someone else!
Gargoyles are often seen on top of buildings, following a tradition that goes back to medieval times. It was thought that by adorning holy
places with "ugly" and "scary" gargoyles they would be protected from evil or other dark influences. Gargoyles have been depicted in a
variety of styles - with horns, wings, clawed feet, beaks, goat's beards, fish fins, scales and feathers, to name a few. There are spitting
gargoyles (the ones with tongues protruding), gnawing gargoyles (the ones with a human in their mouths), those who are "hunkered" down
(sitting with their knees drawn up and their arms around their knees), cross-toed gargoyles (those who look friendly and almost human-like),
perching gargoyles (those that look as though they are ready to leap), and many more. But however they're represented, gargoyles are symbols
of protection and justice.

Payment
Contact is expected within 3 days of auction end, and payment is expected within 7 days of auction end, unless prior arrangements have been
made. We accept PayPal only. If there are any issues with
payment, please feel free to contact us to work something out. We are very flexible, but we can't help if we don't know that there's a
problem!
Shipping
We ship daily, except for Sundays and holidays, so we are usually able to ship your purchase within 24 hours of payment, often less. Shipping
costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
And please remember that we combine shipping on multiple purchases made within a 7 day period, so please email us for a combined shipping
total before making payment - we only charge actual shipping costs on multiple items! U.S. customers can enjoy FREE shipping on purchases
totaling over $100.00!
U.S. Shipping: All U.S. shipments include delivery confirmation. Insurance is generally optional, but please keep in mind that we are
not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.
International Shipping: We ship to most international destinations, so you can use eBay's shipping calculator to determine the
shipping cost to your country. If you are purchasing more than one item, then please email us and we'll be happy to provide you with a
combined shipping total. Please keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to Customs and Duty Fees, and it is the buyer's
responsibility to pay these. And although we ship within a day or so of payment, packages may occasionally get held up in Customs, delaying
the delivery. This is a factor beyond our control, so please keep this in mind when buying.
Returns
We try very hard to provide accurate pictures and descriptions of all our products. But if you aren't satisfied with the item you purchased,
please contact us for an exchange, refund, or credit within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are generally not reimburseable, unless an
error was made on our part. Remember, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at MagickandMore, so we will do what we can to
meet or exceed your expectations!
