You may return any unworn sexy lingerie outfit or unopened item "within 14 days of the date of purchase" for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be undamaged. Sealed packages must be returned with the original seal intact (for example, lotions, oils, and creams must be unopened and the safety seal must not have been removed). Lingerie items with tags, must have the tags still attached when returned. Shipping charges are not refundable unless due to incorrect shipment. "Worn" is defined as a sexy lingerie outfit or other item that is put on and left on for a period longer than necessary to determine if it fits. Undergarments MUST be worn at all times during the "try on" period. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and insuring the package to guard against loss or damage. Insurance is not required and is entirely at your own discretion, however, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you are returning a damaged or defective item, or an item we shipped in error then please contact us prior to returning it. We may be able to save you time or further inconvenience.
