Lionel 3482 Operating Milk Car w/Platform EX+/Box

This is a Lionel 3482 Operating Milk Car with Platform from 1954-55. When activated by a UCS or RCS track section (sold seperately) the figure pops out and drops a milk can on a waiting platform. This milk car features opening doors, die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

The original box insert is included. Overall this milk car is in nice shape, complete with no broken or missing parts. The platform is in super shape with just a couple very minor nicks. The car has no chips or broken corners. One milk can has been replaced with a reproduction. The lettering is complete and has not faded. Inspected by both our in-house Lionel Postwar experts and by our Authorized Lionel Service Station, we guarantee this item is completely functional and operable.
