This one says "Lionel ELECTRIC Remote Control Merchandise Car Nos 3454 3854 -- the word ELECTRIC is not in other versions. Also, the wording is very different. And the address for the Chicago Merchandise Mart is blocked out. The 2 page instruction sheet measures 9 1/2'' by 6 1/8''; the print and pictures are in dark blue ink on light blue paper. As you can see, this one has multipe creases where it was once folded up. Other than that, it is clean. A nice way to upgrade your 3454 or 3854 or figure out how to hook it up! This one was number 3454-47 55M-TT-5-47. We HAVE ANOTHER ONE OF THESE UP RIGHT NOW THAT IS MARKEDLY DIFFERENT. CHECK IT OUT!
