Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Additional return policy details:  You may return your un-opened product to us for any reason within 30 days. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns. If you choose to use an in-store credit or exchange we will waive the 15% handling fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Please call customer care at 877-225-6051 and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We will pay shipping back to you.
