STANDARD RETURN POLICY:You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will  be deducted from your return refund. You will also pay for return shipping.  If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you.  
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

     Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
 
 
  To return an item:
 

    * Please notify me by email: arcomanhattan@hotmail.com and include your EBay transaction number.
    * Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging.
    * Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. Keep in mind that you are responsible for shipping the item back.   
    * Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part , we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.

      
    Items may not be returned for these reasons or conditions:
 

    * Item has been used, hung(pendant, chandeliers, sconces), or modified. This includes screws or parts bags that have been opened
    * Clearance items
    * Volume order totaling more than $500.
    * Bulb-only / replacement parts orders
    * Failing to return merchandise within 7 days. 

     We would like to state that Arco Manhattan does not make money on customer returns. Our suppliers charge us restocking fee for  returns. The 20% restocking fee covers only part of the cost that we incur.
         If an item is returned with missing parts, Arco Manhattan reserves the right to charge you for parts not returned or missing. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to Arco Manhattan,with insurance, to my warehouse(except as noted above). Customer can pick whichever carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, AirBorne) to return the item.  Please note that if you return  the items without insurance coverage and the items are damaged  or lost during the return shipping, Arco Manhattan reserves the right to charge you for the lost or broken parts/items. It is then your responsibility to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Once you have shipped out  the return merchandise, please email us: arcomanhattan@hotmail.com.  This will help us track the return merchandise so that you can be credited promptly. All credit will be placed on the credit card used for the original  purchase.
