Lithium carbonate is a white powder with a density of 2.1 and melting point of 618 degrees Celsius. Slightly soluble in water and dilute acids. Uses include - ceramics and porcelain glazes, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, other lithium compounds, coating of arc-welding electrodes, nucleonics, luminescent paints, varnishes and dyes, and aluminum production. Packaged in a wide mouth polyethylene jar. Non-hazardous material per USPS Publication 52 and will be shiped in compliance with all regulations. Paypal payment only. Multiple winning auctions will be combined to lessen the shipping charges. Shipping is $4.50 in the US and $9.00 outside the US.
